No prior experience or jet ski licence is required to ride with us. Our skis are commercially registered, and we must ensure everyone adheres to the relevant laws. We provide a comprehensive safety briefing, and you won't set off until both you and we are confident in your abilities. Learning is straightforward, and we're by your side every step of the way to offer assistance.

Our minimum age to be a passenger on a jetski with an adult (18+) is six years old.

16 and 17-year-olds can ride ALONE but NOT with another underage passenger. For our tours we need a guardian to be on tour at the same time, for hires we need a guardian to be present when hiring to complete the rental agreement.

• For single riders: The weight limit is 120kg. For single riders, we consider factors such as your ability to pull up onto a ski if you fall in, the increased risk of roll-overs and equipment damage, and the prevailing weather conditions.

• For those sharing a ski: Our skis have a weight restriction designed for your safety and equipment protection. The maximum combined weight allowed is 160kg, subject to our approval. On days with a swell in the hire area, we may only allow single riders and may advise against bringing small children. This decision is always made with your best interests in mind. We won't send you out if we believe the experience could be less enjoyable.

You need to be able to swim, and you need to be a competent and confident swimmer. By booking, you confirm you are; if you are not, you will not be refunded.

A thorough understanding and use of English is required. Legally, we need you to understand our briefing and what our contract contains. If we can not converse with you in English, you will not be allowed to ride. We do not allow one group member to translate because of the time this takes and liability.

Please read our terms and conditions before booking. You must confirm that you have no pre-existing medical conditions that would affect your hire (bad back, bad eyes, etc.) and that you are not pregnant and will not be intoxicated (must have a 0 alcohol reading) at the time of riding.

Our GoPro Hire is priced at $30 per camera for the entire duration of your hire. The cameras feature in-camera stabilization technology and come equipped with a floating case and handle tethered to your jacket and wrist. We strongly recommend pre-booking your GoPro online when you reserve your jet ski. In-office GoPro hires are subject to availability at the time of your hire.

After the hire, our team will remove the 32GB micro SD card and hand it to you. This card contains all your captured images and videos, ready to be shared with your family and friends.

It's important to note that cameras are exclusively available for hires and not for separate rentals.

Our hire jet skis are authorised for use within Horseshoe Bay, and it's important to note that leaving the bay is not permitted—we must maintain visual contact with you at all times. Our designated hire area covers approximately 2 square kilometres. Although we need to avoid boats and protected marine areas within the bay, rest assured there is ample space for you to cruise around and even attempt some hook turns. For our tours, we'll take you to all our favourite places.

Indeed, our jet skis are commercially registered, and it's crucial to adhere to safety laws. Maintaining a 200-metre distance from everything, including other jet skis, is the most significant regulation. If you're part of a large group, it's essential to be aware that you must keep a safe distance from each other—proximity is strictly prohibited. Safety is our utmost priority, and we have zero tolerance for this law. While jet skiing is incredibly enjoyable, it's important to recognize its potential dangers. We have implemented robust systems to ensure the safety of all our hires, allowing you to have a fantastic time on the water while staying safe.
